Our work centers on small-molecule therapies for sarcopenia. By mining bioactive molecules from animal adaptation mechanisms and constructing a peptide resource library, we employ C. elegans and murine models to identify new candidates that counteract skeletal muscle aging and enhance muscle regeneration.
