Personal Profile

        Chen Tingting, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Deputy Director of the International Food Innovation Institute at Nanchang University. Her research focuses on the exploration of probiotic resources and nutritional interventions targeting the gut microbiota. She has led over 10 national and provincial-level projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Young Scientists Fund, NSFC General Program, the Jiangxi Province "Ganpo Jun Cai" Support Program – Training Project for Leading Academic and Technological Talents in Key Disciplines, and the Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation General Program. She has also overseen several industry collaborative projects with companies like Jiangxi Huangshanghuang and By-Health, with total funding exceeding 2 million RMB. Additionally, she serves as a Guest Researcher at the Institute of Gynecology and Obstetrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine, a Youth Editorial Board Member for the journal Grain & Oil Science and Technology, and a reviewer for journals such as Gut Microbes, Food Chemistry, Food Hydrocolloids, and Food & Function. She has published more than 40 papers in leading domestic and international academic journals, including 2 highly cited papers, with a total citation count exceeding 1,700. She has contributed to compiling undergraduate textbooks such as Principles of Food Engineeringand Molecular Nutrition and Health. Her accolades include the First Prize of the Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (3rd rank) and the First Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award from the China Industry-University-Research Collaboration Promotion Association (4th rank).
