Xu Xiaowen, Ph.D., Lecturer (Associate Professor by University Appointment), Master's Supervisor, Leading Academic and Technical Talent in Key Disciplines under the Ganpo Juncai Program, and a Class D high-level talent in Jiangxi Province. His research focuses on cutting-edge topics in fish disease occurrence and immune control, employing modern molecular and cellular biology techniques to investigate the regulation and evolution of innate immune signaling networks in fish, as well as the mechanisms of fish-specific antiviral factors and viral immune evasion strategies. He serves as a Board Member and Deputy Secretary-General of the Jiangxi Provincial Animal Science Society, a member of the Jiangxi Provincial Fisheries Society, a Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Commissioner, and a reviewer for the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology. He has published over 30 papers as first or corresponding author in SCI-indexed journals. He has led or participated in 12 national and provincial-level research projects, including the National Key Research and Development Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and the Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation. He has received numerous honors, including "Young Model Worker" at Nanchang University, "Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of Jiangxi Province," "Outstanding Party Affairs Worker," "Outstanding Communist Party Member," and "Outstanding Graduate of Nanchang University.
