Scientific Research Achievements

Mainly engaged in research on the processing and high-value utilization of aquatic products, modification and interaction of food nutrients under extreme conditions, and extraction and utilization of effective components from food resources. Principal investigator for 25 national-level projects (topics), including key projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and the National “14th Five-Year Plan” key research and development plan, as well as 35 provincial and ministerial-level projects; published 9 monographs and over 400 papers, including more than 300 indexed in SCI/EI; awarded 56 national invention patents; received 10 provincial and ministerial-level awards, including the First Prize of Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science Award, the Ministry of Education Excellent Achievement Award for Scientific Research in Higher Education, and the First Prize of Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award; awarded 3 First Prizes for Teaching Achievements in Jiangxi Province.
