Personal Information

Southeast University-Nanjing Medical University Jointly-Trained PhD in Public Health and Preventive Medicine. Published over 10 papers as first author or co-first author in international journals such as BMC Medicine, European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, Environment International, Environmental Health, Science of the Total Environment, and Environmental Research. My research primarily focuses on multi-omics technologies, including environmental exposomics, metabolomics, and genomics, aiming to elucidate the interactions between environmental factors and genetic backgrounds in the development and progression of diseases. By integrating multi-dimensional data, I construct high-precision environment-genetic interaction risk models to uncover the pathogenic mechanisms of complex diseases and enhance their early prediction and intervention capabilities. Research directions include health effects of environmental exposures, construction of predictive models for infectious diseases, prevention and intervention of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, molecular epidemiology, and multi-omics data mining.
