聚焦膳食诱导的代谢性疾病和神经退行性疾病,深入探讨其病因学基础和病理学特征,解析其复杂发病机制;在此基础上,挖掘食品中存在的天然活性物质,并采用系统生物学研究方法,解析这些活性成分对免疫和代谢的调节机制,重点关注其构效关系、代谢动力学及与肠道菌群的相互作用,为慢性疾病的预防和精准干预提供科学依据。
