徐小文,博士,讲师(校聘副教授),硕士生导师,赣鄱俊才主要学科学术与技术带头人,江西省高层次D类人才。研究方向主要围绕鱼类病害发生及免疫防控领域前沿,利用现代分子生物学、细胞生物学技术,探索鱼类先天免疫信号通路网络的调控及进化,发现鱼类特有抗病毒因子的作用机制及病毒逃逸机制。兼江西省动物学会理事、副秘书长,江西省水产学会理事,江西省科技特派员,江西省科技厅评审专家。以第一或通讯作者发表30余篇SCI论文。主持或参与12项国家级、省部级科研项目,包括国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金、江西省自然科学基金等。获南昌大学青年岗位能手,江西省优秀博士学位论文,优秀党务工作者,优秀党员,南昌大学优秀毕业生等荣誉。
