个人经历

陈婷婷，博士，南昌大学国际食品创新研究院副院长，副教授，博士生导师。研究方向为益生菌资源挖掘及以肠道菌群为靶点的营养干预。主持国家自然科学基金青年、面上项目、江西省赣鄱俊才支持计划-主要学科学术和技术带头人培养项目、江西省自然基金面上项目等国家省部级项目 10余项。主持与江西煌上煌、汤臣倍健等公司横向项目，到账经费200万余元。兼任江西中医药大学中医妇产科学研究所客座研究员，Grain & oil Science and Technology期刊青年编委，担任 Gut Microbes、Food Chemistiy、Food Hydrocolloids、Food &Function等期刊审稿人。在国内外主流学术期刊发表论文40余篇，其中高被引论文2篇，论文总引用1700 余次。参编《食品工程原理》、《分子营养与健康》等本科生教材。获江西省科技进步一等奖（排名第3）、中国产学研合作促进会科技进步一等奖（排名第4）。
