Wu Fahui, male, PhD, Associate Professor and Master Supervisor at the School of Information Engineering, Nanchang University. Senior Member of the China Institute of Communications (CIC), Member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE), Member of the China Computer Federation (CCF). He serves as a reviewer for top-tier communication journals including IEEE Transactions on Communications (TCOM) and IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking (TCCN).

His research focuses on next-generation information and communication technologies, including low-altitude networks, integrated communication and sensing (ICAS), and radio channel knowledge maps. He has published more than 50 academic papers and filed over 10 patents.

Awards: First Prize of Jiangxi Science and Technology Progress Award, Third Prize of Information and Communication Technology of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, Special Prize of Excellent Paper Award of Information and Communication Technology of the China Institute of Communications.

Projects: Principal Investigator of the National Natural Science Foundation of China Key Technologies for Enhancing Air-Ground Bi-Directional Integrated Communication and Sensing Service Capability Based on Channel Knowledge Map; Principal Investigator of Jiangxi Key Research and Development Program Key Technologies Research and Application Demonstration of Mobile Cellular Network Optimization and Resource Scheduling Based on City Information Model. As a key researcher, he has participated in multiple national/provincial and ministerial-level projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Jiangxi Major Research and Development Special Project, and Jiangxi 03 Special Project.

He has rich industrial experience in the mobile Internet of Things and electronic information fields. As the principal investigator, he has completed several government industrial planning projects in the information sector; as a key member, he has participated in formulating the 13th Five-Year Plan and 14th Five-Year Plan for radio management in Jiangxi Province. He has also led many industry-university cooperation projects for enterprises.

He has guided students to win 1 Gold Award and 1 Silver Award in the National Internet+ College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, as well as multiple awards in the Graduate Electronic Design Competition and other discipline competitions for undergraduate students.
