博士,教授,博士生导师,省部级人才。入选江西省“新时代赣鄱先锋”,为南昌大学-加拿大农业部Guelph研究发展中心联合培养博士,南昌大学-澳优乳业(中国)有限公司联合培养博士后,江西省优秀博士学位论文获得者,中国民族医药学会药用资源分会理事/科普分会理事,江西省创新争先奖“南昌大学食品营养与健康创新团队”成员,江西省科技副总,江西省科技特派员,《Journal of Future Foods》青年编委,《Foods》专刊编辑,Advanced Science、Scientific Report、JAFC等杂志审稿人。主要从事食品加工副产物高值化利用、食品营养与健康相关研究。目前,主持国家自然科学基金2项、江西省农业核心攻关课题、江西省自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金、江西省博士后择优项目、以及五粮液、澳优乳业、江西恒顶企业等企业委托横向课题等各类项目20余项。以第一/通讯作者发表论文54篇(SCI论文43篇,一区/TOP期刊30篇),H指数30。参编Wiley出版的英文专著1章,规划教材3部,申请专利7件,授权专利2件,牵头制定团体标准3件,参与制定团体标准3件。获江西省科技进步奖一等奖2项(2/13,9/15)。
