个人经历

胡兴,女,南昌大学食品学院副教授,食品科学专业工学博士,硕士研究生导师,现任江西省科技特派团黎川果业团团长。
目前主持国家自然科学基金2项、江西自然科学基金面上项目和重点项目各1项、横向课题2项,参与国家十二五863计划、国家自然科学基金、江西省重大科技项目等国家级和省部级科研项目10余项。主讲《食品分析》、《食品分析实验》、《现代食品检测技术》、《现代食品检测技术实验》等课程。担任Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Bioscience、Journal of Functional Foods、Food and Chemical Toxicology等学术期刊审稿专家,在Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、《食品科学》等国内外权威学术期刊上发表论文80余篇,其中SCI收录70余篇,论文总被引3145次,H-index 28;撰写英文专著1部、中文专著2部。
个人荣誉:江西省教学成果一等奖2次(2021年度、2023年度)、南昌大学授课质量优秀奖7次、全省防疫期间线上教学优质课一等奖(2021年度)、“优秀本科生班级导师”(2019年度、2023年度)。
