刘方兰,女,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。

科学研究  主持国家自然科学基金2项和省级自然科学基金1项,参与国家自然科学基金4项和省级自然科学基金3项。发表SCI收录论文20余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Biochemical Pharmacology,Free Radic Biol Med和Mol. Nutr. Food Res等top期刊发表学术论文5篇,并获得南昌大学215人才工程“赣江青年学者”称号。兼任中国药理学会青年委员、江西省药物临床试验与研究学会理事、江西省药理学会委员会委员。

人才培养    以教学改革为引领,以实验课程整合为抓手,探索并构建了多学科交叉与创新思维相融合的药学人才培养体系。主持完成省级教改重点课题1项,获获得校级教学成果特等奖及二等奖2项,获得校级教学质量优秀奖等。在此教学研究基础上,指导本科生创新能力培养并获省级双创项目 1 项和校级双创项目 1 项;指导研究生发表高水平研究论文并获省政府奖学金 1 人。

研究方向    重点围绕抗肿瘤新靶向分子发现及其作用机制,在分子靶向抗肿瘤药物的研究中取得了重要进展。我们基于肿瘤新靶点发现已筛选出来若干种在体内外抗肿瘤活性都很好的小分子化合物,能够显著抑制荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长,但对小鼠主要器官没有表现出毒性,因此极有可能成为良好的抗癌分子靶向药物。接下来将依托南昌大学与药企合作,在成药性评价基础上,将该候选的分子靶向药物进行成果转化,以实现产学研深度融合。
