Personal Information
Xiaojun Huang, Professor and Doctoral Advisor of State Key Laboratory of Food Science and Resources, Nanchang University, China. Mainly engages in the research of efficient preparation, active evaluation and mechanism of natural polysaccharides. Selected in Jiangxi Province “Ganpo Juncai” Youth Science and Technology Talent Support Program and “215 Talents Project” Ganjiang Youth Scholars. Served as Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board Member of three academic journals and Deputy Secretary General of International Association of Dietetic Nutrition and Safety (IADNS). Presided and participated more than ten national and provincial projects in recent years. Published over thirty academic papers as the first author or corresponding author in both domestic and international scholarly journals. Contributed to the compilation of six academic books in English and Chinese. Awarded six scientific research awards.
