Personal Information

Junyi Yin, male, born in Qingtian, Zhejiang Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, holding a doctoral degree. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor, serving as Dean of the School of Food Science and Technology of Nanchang University, and Dean of the Sino-German Joint Research Institute. He is also a tenured member of the National Key Laboratory of Food Science and Resource Exploration, Nanchang University. His main research interests cover structural glycobiochemistry, food chemistry and nutrition, and food processing technology. In recent years, he has presided over more than 10 national and provincial-ministerial level projects, including projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Key Research and Development Program (international cooperation). He has published more than 100 related academic papers in domestic and international journals, and obtained authorized more than 10 Chinese invention patents. His research achievements have been awarded the Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress, the First Prize of Natural Science of Jiangxi Province, among other honors. He currently serves as the co-editor-in-chief of *Food Frontiers*.
