殷军艺，男，浙江青田人，中共党员，博士，教授，博士生导师，现任南昌大学食品学院院长、中德联合研究院院长。南昌大学食品科学与资源挖掘全国重点实验室固定成员。主要研究方向为糖结构生物化学、食品化学和营养、食品加工技术。

在国内外期刊上发表相关论文100余篇，授权国家发明专利10余件；相关成果先后获国家科技进步二等奖、江西省自然科学一等奖等奖励；现任《Food Frontiers》主编（共同）。
近年来先后主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划项目（国际合作）等国家级和省部级项目10余项。
