陈奕,教授,博士生导师,2014-2015年在美国康奈尔大学食品系做博士后,2008-2009年在维也纳大学分析化学与食品化学系学习。主要从事食品化学与营养、食品质量与安全等方面研究。在国内外食品及化学领域学术期刊上发表论文70余篇,h指数为26,其中SCI收录 50篇(SCI一区35篇,IF>5的23篇,2篇ESI高被引论文)。主持在研或完成国家重大研发计划、国家自然科学基金、江西省自然科学基金青年重点项目、教育部博士点基金、全国优秀博士学位论文作者专项基金等10 个项目。申请发明专利共22 项,参编著名中文学术书籍3 本,受邀担任Foods 编委,在Journal of Food Quality 担任Lead Guest Editor。
主要承担本科生《食品化学》、《食品掺伪检测》、《食品质量与安全学》等课程的教学工作。主讲的课程被认定为国家一流课程和省级一流课程,指导学生完成国家级大学生创新创业训练项目、科研训练等多项。
研究成果获“全国优秀博士论文”,江西省自然科学奖一等奖和二等奖、江西省高等学校科技成果奖一等奖、中国食品科学技术学会科技创新奖——优秀论文一等奖。
