Xiaohua Nie, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the Department of Energy and Electrical Engineering, School of Information Engineering, Nanchang University. He has presided over three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (two of which have been completed) and has led the completion of one provincial scientific research project. He has published over 10 SCI/EI journal papers and more than 20 Chinese core journal papers, and has been granted over 10 invention patents. His current research interests include renewable energy generation technologies and their applications in power systems, as well as power system state estimation and forecasting. He is a member of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (CSEE) and the Chinese Association of Automation (CAA). He is also a member of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and serves as a reviewer for several top-tier SCI Q1 journals, including IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics and IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics.
