谢建华,博士,二级教授、研究员、博士生导师。美国普渡大学博士后,现任南昌大学食品科学与资源挖掘全国重点实验室副主任、南昌大学国际食品创新研究院副院长。
近年来,主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划项目、国家高层次领军人才项目、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才项目、国家万人计划青年拔尖人才项目等,参与完成国家863计划、国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目、卫生部公益性行业项目、国家食品药品监督管理局等国家、省部级课题20多项;受邀担任Food Biomacromolecules共同主编,Journal of Functional Foods、Food Science and Human Wellness、Carbohydrate Research等6本国际SCI期刊副主编/编委,国家科技奖审评专家库成员,以第一或通讯作者在Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition, Food Chemistry、Food Hydrocolloids、Carbohydrate Polymers等杂志发表SCI期刊论文200余篇,IF大于15的10篇,SCI论文被引20000余次,H-index 78(摘自Web of Science统计);编写著作4部,Elsevier与Springer 专著3章;获江西省首批新时代赣鄱先锋、江西青年五四奖章、江西省优秀博士学位论文指导教师、江西省教学成果一等奖,南昌大学研究生教学成果特等奖等荣誉称号,研究成果获江西省自然科学一等奖、江西省自然科学二等奖、江西省高等学校科技成果一等奖等省部级奖励,2020–2023连续入选科睿唯安全球高被引科学家榜单,2019-2025年连续入选全球顶尖前10万科学家及全球TOP前2%最有影响力科学家, 2023-2025连续入选爱思唯尔“中国高被引学者”榜单等。
