Academic Success
In recent years, I have received 1 award for scientific and technological progress in Jiangxi Province, 1 award for scientific and technological invention in Jiangxi Province, 1 award for innovative achievements in industry-university-research cooperation in China, 1 first prize for technological innovation from the Chinese Society of Food Science and Technology, 1 award for teaching achievements in Jiangxi Province, 2 teaching awards from Nanchang University, 1 second prize in the Fifth Teacher Teaching Competition of Nanchang University, and 1 second prize in the Second Innovation Teaching Competition of Nanchang University. The main course "Food Nutrition" has been recognized as a national first-class online course, and the main course "Nutrition and Health on the Tastebone" has been recognized as an excellent online course in Jiangxi Province. The textbook "Food Nutrition" was rated as a 12th Five-Year Normative Textbook, and the textbook "Functional Food Science" was rated as a planning textbook for the Excellence Engineer Education and Training Program in the Food Science and Engineering category.
Has been responsible for multiple sub-projects of national key research and development programs, national natural science foundation projects, education department foundation projects, provincial science and technology department foundation projects, provincial education department foundation projects, and the national key laboratory of food science and technology foundation projects. Has hosted, participated in and completed over 50 cross-industry projects from enterprises such as Yili, Auyou, Yihai Jiali, and Yinfude. Has published over 100 papers, among which more than 80 are in SCI. Has applied for 24 patents, and 12 of them have been authorized.
Research Project
1) Research on the characteristic flavor substances of Jiangxi tea oil, an innovation project of the Jiangxi Forestry Bureau, with a budget of 300,000 yuan.
2) Research on the preparation and nutritional evaluation of human milk-like phospholipids, a talent project in the field of innovation in Hohhot - "Government-Industry-University-Research-Promotion-Application Silver" Innovation Consortium (2023RC - Consortium - 7), principal investigator, with a budget of 700,000 yuan.
3) Research on the dynamic changes of maternal breast milk fatty acids and their effects on the neuro-psychological development of the offspring, including the detection of breast milk fatty acids, a commissioned project by Sun Yat-sen University, principal investigator, with a budget of 300,000 yuan.
4) Research on the preparation and digestion characteristics of phospholipids in infant formula, a commissioned project by the National Milk Center, principal investigator, with a budget of 290,000 yuan.
5) Key technology research and industrialization of high-quality original aroma tea oil and its key components, a key research project of Jiangxi Province - supporting rural revitalization (20233BBF64002), project leader, with a budget of 950,000 yuan.
