李静,博士,教授,博士生导师。两院院士中国科协第十次全国代表大会代表省级人才教育部学位中心学位论文评审专家。中国注册营养师,动物源食品科学杂志的副主编中国乳品工业青年编委。中国营养学会食物与烹饪营养分会委员,中国营养学会益生菌分会委员,江西省营养学会理事长南昌市营养学会副会长兼秘书长,江西省营养学会科普分会副主任委员,江西省食品科学技术学会理事,江西省微量元素与健康研究会常务理事,江西省营养学会营养转化分会委员。

近年来获得江西省科技进步奖1项,江西省科技发明奖1项,中国产学研创新成果奖1项,中国食品科学技术学会技术创新一等奖1项,江西省教学成果奖1项,南昌大学教学成果奖2项,南昌大学第五届教师授课比赛二等奖,南昌大学第二届创新授课大赛二等奖。主讲课程《食品营养学》荣获国家一流线上课程,主讲课程《舌尖上的营养与健康》荣获江西省一流线上课程。参编教材《食品营养学》评为十二五规范教材,参编教材《功能食品学》评为卓越工程师教育培养计划食品科学与工程类系列规划教材。

主持多项国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然基金、教育部基金、省科技厅基金、省教育厅基金,食品科学与技术国家重点实验室基金。主持、参与并完成伊利、澳优、益海嘉里、无限极等企业横向课题50余项。发表论文100余篇,其中SCI80余篇。申请专利24项,授权专利12项。
