1熊勇华,男, 博士,二级研究员,博士生导师。主要从事食品安全快速检测关键技术的基础理论以及产业应用研究。期间发表SCI收录论文147篇,以通讯作者在Chemical Society Review,Advanced Science,ACS Nano,Small,Theranostics,Biosensors and Bioelectronics,ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces,Analytical Chemistry及Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry等SCI期刊发表论文80余篇,其中高被引论文2篇,热点论文1篇(web of science数据),单篇论文影响因子最高为40.443,IF>5.0的论文30余篇,文章他引总数2471,H指数为29,授权发明专利70余项。

1多项研究成果实现了产业化,其中“STR荧光检测试剂盒”的产业转化打破了国外ABI以及promega公司在公安体系中的垄断地位,有力的保障了我国公安部“蓝盾”计划的安全实施;“瘦肉精”试纸条项目被中央电视台“新闻联播”节目专题报道,为我国生猪瘦肉精防控工作作出了巨大贡献。近年来,针对传统胶体金免疫层析试纸条灵敏度偏低的缺陷率先提出使用量子点荧光微球、花状金纳米粒子以及大粒径胶体金提高免疫层析试纸条检测灵敏度的新策略,相应成果实现了产业化,近三年为企业实现生产效益3.79亿元,并获2017年江西省科学技术进步一等奖。其次,依托国家重大基础研究计划(973),系统开展了基于免疫反应的小分子化合物超灵敏识别理论及应用研究,探讨了应用新型信号输出系统提高竞争免疫分析灵敏度的新思路,提出了以双氧水调控竞争抗原与抗体亲和常数提高检测灵敏度的新策略,研究成果对研制高灵敏免疫筛查新方法具有重要的指导意义。
