Song Dawei, male, native of Qichun, Hubei Province, Ph.D. in Engineering, Research Fellow at Nanchang University. His research primarily focuses on artificial intelligence, computer vision, image processing, optoelectronic imaging, and related fields.

He has published multiple papers as first/corresponding author in top-tier domestic and international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, etc. He has led or served as a core participant in several national-level research projects, including the Postdoctoral Research Funding Program of China, the Frontier Science Key Research Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the National Key Research and Development Program of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

He has served as the Area Chair of the International Conference on Robotics, Automation, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (RAITS 2026), the Area Chair of the IEEE 3rd International Conference on Big Data and Data Mining (IEEE BDDM 2025), and the Area Chair of the 4th International Conference on Sensing, Measurement, Communication, and Internet of Things Technologies (SMC-IoT 2025). He has also been a long-standing reviewer for top-tier international journals such as IEEE T-IP, T-NNLS, T-CYB, PR, IJCV, CVIU, NN, Neurocomputing, etc.
