Dr. Lu Bingyi is a distinguished professor at Nanchang University. she graduated from Hunan University and previously conducted joint training in the research group of Professor Zhao Xin (recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars) at the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. From 2021 to 2024, she engaged in postdoctoral research in the joint team of Professor Zhou Guangmin (a national overseas high-level young talent from the academician team of Cheng Huiming) at the Shenzhen Graduate School of Tsinghua University and Professor Yang Jinlong at Shenzhen University. In November 2024, she joined the School of Physics and Materials at Nanchang University as a high-level talent. her main research focuses on the development and investigation of electrode materials for secondary metal batteries, including Li-CO₂/S batteries and zinc-metal batteries. Over the past five years, she has published 16 academic papers in internationally renowned journals such as *PNAS*, *Nature Communications*, *Journal of the American Chemical Society*, *Advanced Materials* (4 papers), *Advanced Functional Materials*, *Materials Today*, and *Carbon Energy*. Among these, she has authored or co-authored 9 high-impact papers as the first author or corresponding author, including publications in *PNAS* (1 paper), *Journal of the American Chemical Society* (1 paper), *Advanced Materials* (2 papers), *Advanced Functional Materials* (1 paper), and *Carbon Energy* (1 paper). she also serves as a young editorial board member for the journals *Carbon Neutralization* and *Battery*.
