He is currently the head of the Department of Exhibition Economics and Management of the School of Tourism of Nanchang University and the secretary of the Teaching and Labor Party Branch. He was selected as the "Four 100" cultural mentor of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee, an expert on culture and tourism in Jiangxi Province, and a youth editorial board member of the Journal of Guizhou University for Nationalities. He is also the executive director of the Jiangxi Provincial Tourism Society, a director of the Jiangxi International Chamber of Commerce, and a director of the Social Science Federation of Nanchang University.

Scientific research projects

In recent years, he has presided over a National Social Science Fund general project "Research on the Formation Mechanism and Cultural Adaptability Management of Intellectual Communication Risks of Ethnic Minority Intangible Cultural Heritage" (No. 25BMZ056), and a Jiangxi Provincial Social Science Fund Special Project (Provincial Social Science Fund Key Project) "Research on the Effectiveness and Experience of Promoting the Inheritance of Red Genes in Jiangxi" (No. 25ZXXGC18), Jiangxi Province He has 7 provincial and ministerial projects including general projects of the Social Science Fund, general projects of Jiangxi Provincial Think Tanks, and humanities and social science projects of Jiangxi Provincial Universities. He has presided over 4 municipal and departmental projects including the key project of the Nanchang Policy Research Office "Research on High-Quality Development of Low-altitude Economy in Nanchang" (No.: Hongfu R&D [2025] No. 3), the bidding project of Peking University Cultural Innovation Research Institute, and the general project of Shangrao Social Science Fund. Hosted or participated in more than 10 horizontal projects on cultural industry and tourism development in Nanchang, Jiujiang, Anyuan, Pingxiang, Yushan, Huizhou, Wuhan, Jiayu, Shiyan and other regions.

Academic achievements

He has published nearly 20 papers as the first author or corresponding author in core domestic and foreign journals such as "Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management", "Social Science Front", "Academic Forum", "Journal of Zhejiang Gongshang University", "Cultural Industry Research", "Journal of Northwest University for Nationalities (Humanities and Social Sciences Edition)". One cultural heritage-related consultation report written was adopted by national ministries and commissions, and three low-altitude tourism-related government reports received affirmative approval from provincial leaders. Independently published 1 academic monograph and obtained 2 software copyrights. The research results won the second prize for outstanding achievements at the Provincial Social Science Academic Annual Conference twice (ranked 1st and 3rd).
