Personal Information

Gu Baomin is an associate professor and master's supervisor in the Department of Physics, School of Physics and Materials, Nanchang University, and a Ganjiang Young Scholar. From 2013 to 2018, he studied theoretical physics at Lanzhou University and obtained a Doctor of Science degree. From September 2017 to August 2018, he was jointly trained at McGill University in Canada. In February 2019, he started working at Nanchang University.So far, he has published more than 20 academic papers in mainstream journals such as Physical Review D (PRD) and Journal of High Energy Physics (JHEP), with a total citation count of over 500 times. He has presided over two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and one provincial - ministerial - level project.His research focuses on gravitation and cosmology. In recent years, his research interests include the origin of the universe, gravitational waves, black hole physics, extra dimensions, and brane worlds.
