Personal Information

Dr. Wang’s research interests are focused on the field of food science and technology, especially focusing on food complex  carbohydrates preparation and analysis. Dr. Wang has published 23 peer-reviewed scientific papers as the first author or corresponding author (including co-corresponding author). She has been obtained  supports from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Natural Science Foundation of Jiangxi Province, National Key Research and Development Program of China, and other projects.
