Personal Information
Dr. Yuankui Leng is currently an associate professor in the School of Food Science at Nanchang University. He serves as the principal investigator for several competitive research grants, including projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Major Discipline Academic and Technical Leaders Training Program of Jiangxi Province.
Dr. Leng's research interests focus on the development of rapid detection technologies and their application in food safety and clinical diagnosis. As of 2025, he has published more than 50 papers in SCI-indexed journals. He was a key contributor to a project awarded the First Prize of the Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. Additionally, he holds over 10 Chinese national invention patents.
