Kang Long, male, Han nationality, was born in Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province in May 1987. He started his career in July 2015 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 2019.

As the head coach of the Men's Volleyball Team of Nanchang University, he has led the team to compete in various competitions and achieved outstanding results:

Secured the 4th place in the University Men's Group of Volleyball at the 1st National Student (Youth) Games in September 2023;

Won the 3rd place in the Finals of the 2024 Chinese University Volleyball League (High-Level Group);

Led the Jiangxi provincial delegation to participate in the preliminary round of the 15th National Games and ranked 12th in the Men's Group.

He has been awarded the title of "Coach of Sportsmanship" on multiple occasions.
