Basic InformationZhou Yangbo is a professor of Physics and Materials Science, Associate Dean (in charge of undergraduate teaching), and doctoral supervisor at Nanchang University. He is also the team leader of the Optoelectronic Materials Group at the university, a selected member of the National Overseas High-Level Talents Program, President of the Jiangxi Physical Society, a council member of the Youth Committee of the Chinese Materials Research Society, a member of the Central Youth Committee of the China Democratic League, Deputy Director of the Jiangxi Youth Committee of the China Democratic League, and Deputy Chair of the Nanchang University Branch of the China Democratic League. He completed his undergraduate (2003-2007) and doctoral (2007-2012) studies at the School of Physics, Peking University (supervisors: Academician Yu Dapeng and Professor Liao Zhimin). From 2012 to 2016, he conducted postdoctoral research at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland. He joined Nanchang University in 2017. His current research primarily focuses on the property regulation of two-dimensional functional materials and their heterostructures under extreme conditions such as ultra-low temperatures and strong magnetic fields, as well as their application exploration in advanced information devices for the post-Moore era. Over the past five years, he has published more than ten academic papers as the corresponding author in high-level international journals such as Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, and Nano Letters. He serves as a youth editorial board member for the journal Science China Materials.
