Personal Information
My research interests mainly focuses on the nutritional properties of food components, especially how they interacted with gut microbiota, and also fermentation engineering. Published over 30 scientific papers, FoodOmics as associate editor, and Concise Food Toxicology as editorial board member. Presiding over 2 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China,and 1 sub-project under the National Key Research and Development Program.
