胡婕伦博士,获批国家自然科学基金青年B类项目,2019年度IUFoST(国际食品科技联盟)杰出青年科学家奖获得者,南昌大学食品科学与技术国家重点实验室固定成员,Frontiers in Nutrition 副主编。长期从事食品营养科学与技术相关研究,围绕食物营养组分(重点围绕食源性多糖)消化酵解、功能活性、生物合成及健康产品开发研究。主持了国家自然科学基金项目等 10项国家和省部级课题,在本领域主流期刊发表国内外学术论文70多篇,获国家专利授权 10余件,作为重要研究骨干获2022年度中国食品科技十大进展(首届);江西省科技进步一等奖2项、中国食品科学技术学会科技创新奖―技术进步一等奖2项。
