Personal Information

Lei Shuijin, male, Ph.D., professor, doctoral supervisor, selected as Jinggang Scholar Distinguished Professor of Jiangxi Province, Young Scientist of Jiangxi Province, and Ganjiang Distinguished Professor of Nanchang University. He graduated from the School of Chemistry and Materials Science and the Hefei National Laboratory for Physical Sciences at Microscale, University of Science and Technology of China in 2006, receiving his Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry. From 2013 to 2014, he worked as a "Western Light" visiting scholar under the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee at the University of Science and Technology of China. From 2015 to 2016, he conducted postdoctoral research at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Since joining Nanchang University in 2006, his research has primarily focused on the fabrication and property studies of functional nanomaterials and devices. He has led over ten research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a sub-project of the National High Technology Research and Development Program (863 Program), the Doctoral Fund of the Ministry of Education, Key Projects of the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangxi Province, the Young Scientist Program of Jiangxi Province, Key Projects of the Jiangxi Science and Technology Support Program, and other grants from the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangxi Province. His research findings have been published in internationally renowned SCI journals such as Nature Communications, Advanced Functional Materials, Small, ACS Materials Letters, Chemistry of Materials, Applied Catalysis B: Environmental, Journal of Energy Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Journal, Journal of Materials Science & Technology, Journal of Materials Chemistry A, and Carbon, with more than 150 academic papers published and five national invention patents authorized.
