沈云,男,武汉大学本科、硕士、博士,丹麦科技大学(DTU)访问学者,南昌大学物理与材料学院教授。在国际著名期刊 Laser & Photonics Reviews, Nanophotonics, Physical Review Applied, Applied Physics Letters, Optics Express等上发表SCI、EI论文七十余篇;主持及参与国家自然科学基金、江西省自然科学基金等各类基金项目14项,包括主持国家自然科学基金3项及主持国家自然科学基金重大科研仪器研制项目子课题1项。出版教材2部。其中一项研究成果被stanford大学教授J. A. Schuller在Nature Material上评价为该方向研究的 “重大进展”。
研究方向主要围绕电磁频谱长期关注并亟待解决的微波与可见光之间“太赫兹gap”科学问题,及其与物联网、人工智能密切相关的太赫兹6G通信技术需求,依据国家战略导向,立足科技发展,开展相关建设及研究。在电磁波调控器件,探测器,太赫兹传感、6G通信等方向进行了具体研究,取得了一系列成果并受到中国日报、大江网等各媒体及学习强国报道。
