Scientific Research AchievementsPreliminary revealed the pathways of in vitro fermentation biotransformation and in vivo metabolism of phenolic acids, a key class of food bioactive molecules.Our next step is to focus on polyphenols and terpenoids, the main active ingredients in food and pharmaceutical plants.
Developed nutritional and phyto-bioactive intervention strategies targeting gastrointestinal and enterohepatic metabolic dysfunction (chronic diseases), achieving effective intervention and mechanistic elucidation for various chronic conditions, including enteritis, fatty liver, and inflammatory anemia.
