Wenlong Zeng is a male member of the Communist Party of China, holding a Ph.D. (postdoctoral), and currently serves as an Associate Research Fellow at the School of Mathematics and Computer Sciences, Nanchang University; he is also recognized as a Jiangxi Provincial High-Level Talent (Category D) and a reviewer for Mathematical Reviews. His research primarily focuses on matrix analysis and applications, numerical algebra, and linear and multilinear algebra. He has served as principal investigator on several grants, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Program (Category C), the National Postdoctoral Researcher Support Program (Category C), the Postdoctoral Research Performance Assessment Grant (Level 3), a key project of the Hunan Provincial Graduate Research Innovation Program, and a project from Xiangtan University, and has also participated in four NSFC projects. He has published over 10 papers as first author in SCI-indexed journals such as Numerical Algorithms, Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics, East Asian Journal on Applied Mathematics, and Linear and Multilinear Algebra. His accolades include the Hunan Province “Furong Scholar” Academic Research Award, the Shanghai University “Yangyang” Outstanding Young Teacher Education Fund, the Advanced Worker title from the Hunan Provincial Education Examination Authority, the Outstanding Graduate of Xiangtan City, second prize in the “Huawei Cup” China Graduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling, first prize (Mathematics major) in the National College Mathematical Competition, third prize in the “Blue Bridge Cup” National Software and Information Technology Professionals Competition, second/third prizes in the Guangdong Provincial Mathematical Modeling Competition, and being a finalist in the Alibaba Global Mathematics Competition.
