钟文彬,男,南昌大学食品学院特聘研究员、学科优秀人才,2025年4月加盟精准营养实验室万昊团队。2020年获新加坡南洋理工大学博士学位,曾于2015年赴麻省理工学院科赫癌症研究中心开展访问交流(2015.3–2016.1),并于2020年11月至2025年3月在南洋理工大学从事博士后研究工作。
主要研究方向包括:生物医用高分子的调控设计、益生菌精准递送、疾病微环境调控及相关产品研发。以第一作者/共同第一作者/通讯作者在PNAS、Angewandte Chemie International Edition、ACS NANO、Biomaterials、ACS Materials Letters等高水平期刊发表论文10篇;已获中、美、日及WIPO专利授权共5项。
作为核心人员参与多项产学研合作项目:与世界500强企业宝洁公司(P&G)合作开发新型抗菌洗涤剂并实现中试应用;与三井物产完成专利转让协议签署。相关研究成果被新加坡亚洲新闻台(CNA)拍摄成纪录片,并入选第13届戛纳企业传媒与电视奖海豚银奖作品。[1] 2014.8-2020.8 南洋理工大学 博士
