Xiangchuan Meng, Ph.D., Distinguished Research Fellow, Master's Supervisor

Communist Party of China Member, born in September 1993. Currently, his research mainly focuses on the printed preparation of flexible new thin-film semiconductor devices and the development of flexible electronic integration. Specifically, with wet printing technology as the technical support and the mechanical structure design of solar cells under complex stress as the main innovation point, he has accumulated a relatively rich and systematic research foundation in the nucleation and crystallization regulation of precursor inks for flexible semiconductor devices, functional interface design, device mechanical structure development and flexible module integration application, and realized the highly reproducible wet printing technology for wearable perovskite photovoltaic modules. Up to now, he has published more than 80 academic papers, including 25 papers in top journals such as Nat. Commun., Joule, Adv. Mater. (4 papers), Angew. Chem. Int. Edit. (3 papers), Adv. Funct. Mater. (7 papers), InfoMat as the first author or corresponding author (including co-corresponding author). Among them, there are 2 ESI highly cited papers, with more than 3,000 SCI citations and an H-index of 32. He has applied for 10 Chinese invention patents and authorized 4. He presides over 10 projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth/Regional Science Foundation Projects, the Postdoctoral Innovative Talents Support Program of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the Ganpo Talent Program - Innovative Leading Talents Project (Youth Category), the Ganpo Juncai Support Program - Training Project for Academic and Technical Leaders in Key Disciplines, the Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation General Program (First-Class Funding), and the High-Level Talent Start-up Fund of Nanchang University. He serves as a reviewer for journals such as Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., and Commun. Mater.. Relevant achievements have been featured in special reports by domestic and foreign media such as Nature Research, Materials Views, Xuexi Qiangguo, and Jiangxi Morning Post.
