研究兴趣与领域:课题组主要围绕胆固醇代谢和代谢性疾病开展研究。胆固醇是生物体内必需脂类分子,它与心血管、神经退行性等诸多疾病息息相关,胆固醇代谢相关蛋白长期是许多人类疾病重要药物靶点。课题组目前以第一作者或者共同第一作者身份在国际知名期刊发表论文6篇,包括:Nature Communications, Protein & Cell等学术期刊。主要学术成绩有:1)发现溶酶体-过氧化物酶体-内质网胆固醇运输新途径,提出膜性细胞器作为转运体的新概念,为过氧化物酶体疾病治疗提供新思路。;2)打破“PCSK家族均不需要借助其他蛋白就能自催化成熟”的传统认知,鉴定了首个PCSK家族促成熟蛋白POST1/C12orf49,揭示其通过调控S1P成熟影响SREBP2介导的胆固醇合成通路;3)揭示了小肠NPC1L1介导胆固醇吸收的完整循环。
