Personal Information

Jiangping Ye, outstanding talent in the discipline of Nanchang University,  doctoral supervisor. He selected for the China Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program,  and the Academic and Technical Leader of Major Disciplines in Jiangxi Province. He is mainly committed to the research of starch science and technology, as well as the creation of nutritious and healthy staple foods. He has presided over  National Natural Science Foundation general project and National Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund project,  China PhD postdoctoral project, and  Jiangxi Youth Fund project. He has published 30 SCI papers as the first/corresponding author (IF>10 SCI 12 papers).  As the first author he Special Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the China Business Federation in 2024,  and the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation in Jiangxi Province, and as a participant won the first prize for scientific and technological progress in Jiangxi Province in 2022.  He also serves as the Deputy Secretary General of the National Rice Union Rice noodles Alliance,  the young editorial board member of Grain&Oil Science and Technology and a director of the Whole Grain Food Industry University Research Alliance.
