Personal Information
Feng Ding received his bachelor’s degree from the School of Optical and Electronic Information, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He obtained both his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA, fully supported by scholarships. After completing his Ph.D., he served as a Specially Appointed Researcher at Osaka University, Japan, from 2018 to 2019, and subsequently conducted postdoctoral research at the State University of New York at Albany, USA, from 2019 to 2020. In 2021, he joined the School of Software at Nanchang University, where he is currently with the Department of Cyberspace Security. In 2020, he was awarded funding under the Jiangxi Province “Double-Thousand Talent Program” (Introduction Category). His research interests mainly include multimedia forensics, artificial intelligence, and image processing. He has published more than 30 papers in leading journals and conferences in the fields of cyberspace security and computer vision as the first or corresponding author, including seven ESI Highly Cited Papers. His Google Scholar citations exceed 2,000. He has served as the principal investigator for one National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) project and one Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation project. In addition, he has been granted more than ten authorized invention patents as the first inventor.
