Main research areas include rock mechanics and multiphysics coupling, analytical methods for underground engineering, disaster prevention and control of cold-region tunnels, and compressed air energy storage in underground engineering. Presided over two projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and two projects of the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangxi Province.
