理学博士,南昌大学生命科学学院流域生态学研究所助理研究员,中国科学院庐山植物园特聘副研究员,南昌大学赣江青年学者。主要从事水生/湿生植物遗传资源挖掘与利用以及进化生态相关的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金2项、省部级项目3项,参与多项国家级科研项目;共发表研究论文31篇,其中SCI论文27篇;参编专著2部。
研究领域为水生/湿生植物的遗传资源评价、挖掘与可持续利用,以我国特有的具有潜在利用价值的水生/湿生植物为主要研究对象,利用分子生态学手段揭示多种水生/湿生植物的种群遗传动态与自然进化过程。目前主要从事水生资源植物收集评价以及适应性进化相关研究:立足长江流域建立本土水生/湿生植物种质资源圃;以挺水植物菰/茭白为模式材料,基于对野生资源的表型观测与基因组重测序加速菰作为新型多年生粮食作物的从头驯化;运用组学、分子生物学等方法探寻水生/湿生植物适应性进化的遗传机理。
