副教授,硕导,省部级人才,江西省优博,赣江青年学者,南昌大学青年岗位能手。中国营养学会营养转化医学分会委员,中国营养学会营养与组学技术分会委员,江西省营养学会常务理事,南昌市营养学会副会长,国家级“营养科技·智慧健康”科技服务团——首批青年科技服务团成员。为中科院微生物研究所联合培养硕士和美国University of Massachusetts联合培养博士,主要研究方向为食品营养与健康,植物化学物的生物活性及其作用机制。近5年主持国家自然科学基金2项,江西省自然科学基金3项,南昌大学医学部青年教师培育项目1项,主持、参与企业横向课题6项,参与完成国家、省部级项目6项,在Food Hydrocolloids,J. Agric. Food Chem.,Phytomedicine 等期刊上发表论文40余篇,申请/授权专利5项,获江西省首届创新争先奖(集体),江西省科技进步奖二等奖。主、参编教材/专著10余部(其中国家级规划教材3部)。获得南昌大学本科生优秀班级导师,南昌大学青年教师授课比赛三等奖,校级教学成果奖二等奖,指导本科生参加“正大杯第十四届全国大学生市场调查与分析大赛总决赛”(2024)获得全国一等奖,中国国际大学生创新大赛(2024)  国家级铜奖,第十九届挑战杯“揭榜挂帅”擂台赛生物医药领域(2025)三等奖,“建行杯”江西省大学生创新大赛(2024) 江西省金奖等多项大奖。
