个人经历

主要从事食品营养与人体健康、功能食品开发等领域的研究,力求将基础研究与企业需求有机结合,推进科研成果转化,解决企业实际问题;南昌大学食品科学与技术国家重点实验室固定专家成员,江西省营养学会理事。主要从事食品营养与健康、功能性食品开发领域的研究工作。近年来主持完成国家自然科学基金2项,省部级项目8项,企业横向课题6项;申请国家发明专利7项,授权2项,在Trends in Food Science and Technology、Journal of agriculture and food chemistry、Food Chemistry、Journal of functional Food等食品领域国外高水平期刊发表SCI学术论文70多篇,获江西省科技进步二等奖1项、江西省自然科学二等奖1项,首届江西省省创新争先奖(排名第4)等。
