Personal Information

Hongyan Li, professor, doctoral supervisor and vice dean of the College of Food Science & Technology at Nanchang University. She serves as a fixed member of the State Key Laboratory of Food Science and Resources. Her research focuses on natural food bioactive components and functional foods. She concurrently serves as the vice chairman of the Jiangxi Provincial Society of Trace Elements and Health, vice president of the Jiangxi Rural Industry Revitalization Association, standing director of the Jiangxi Nutrition Society, and president of the Jiangxi White Lotus Industry Branch.
