Guo Xiali, female and of Han ethnicity, born in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, in March 1986. She holds a Ph.D. degree and is a Senior Experimentalist and a member of the Communist Party of China. She is recognized as a Class D High-Level Talent of Jiangxi Province (Provincial Top-Notch Talent), a member of the China-Spain Science and Technology Association, and has been inducted into both the Jiangxi Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Standardization Expert Pool and the Jiangxi Provincial Employee Innovation Expert Pool (Food Science domain). Her research focuses on the development and utilization of food resources, as well as plant resources and metabolomics.

• First Prize of  Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science Award (third contributor).

Research Funding

• Principal Investigator of one provincial-level project; has participated in multiple national and provincial-level research projects.

Patents and Publications

• Co-inventor on several authorized national invention patents.

• Over the past decade, has published 5 SCI-indexed papers as first author or corresponding author in journals including the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Foods.

Student Mentorship and Competition Guidance

• Supervised student teams in the 4th and 5th National College Students' Life Science Competitions, earning third-prize awards.

• Led one project in the 8th Nanchang University "Internet+" College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, receiving a second-prize award.
