个人经历

毛雪金,博士,硕士生导师。江西省自然科学基金委员会同行评议专家、江西省中国营养学会会员、江西省营养学会会员、江西省科技特派员、国内外多个期刊审稿人。致力于食品质量与安全研究工作,运用现代分离技术、色谱-质谱联用、新型纳米材料设计与合成等技术,重点开展了食品中化学污染物高效检测新方法、食品中化学污染物安全预警技术体系研究及示范、食品质量安全评价等工作。主持在研或参与国家自然科学基金、十二五国家科技支撑计划课题、江西省科技支撑计划项目、江西省科技厅特派团富民强县工程项目、食品科学与技术国家重点实验室项目、江西省教育厅项目等10余项。在国内外专业期刊上发表研究论文40余篇,其中发表4篇农林领域SCI一区论文(国际Top期刊)。其中1篇入选农林科学领域Top期刊Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry当期封面文章,1篇Food Chemistry论文入选高被引论文。
