Zuci Quan, male, PhD in Engineering, an associate professor of Nanchang University, a Master's supervisor in Physics, Electronic Information, Optoelectronic Information Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, and Materials and Chemical Engineering (Materials Engineering), a member of the National Science and Technology Major Special Project in Evaluation Expert Database, a communication evaluator for National Natural Science Foundation projects, a member of the Ministry of Education Science and Technology in Management Information System Expert Database, a communication evaluator for degree and graduate education evaluation of the Ministry of Education, a evaluation expert for the National Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, a evaluation expert for the China International University Student Innovation Competition, and a evaluation expert for the China University Innovation Space Alliance.

In June 2010, Zuci Quan graduated with a PhD from the School of Physical Science and Technology at Wuhan University, under the supervision of Professor Xing-Zhong Zhao, a recipient of the "Changjiang Scholar and National Outstanding Youth Fund". Since July 2010, Dr. Zuci Quan have served as one of the first batch of "215 Talent Projects" at Nanchang University - Ganjiang Young Scholars, a core member of the Chip Design and Research Center, the leader of the Electronic Measurement and Device Teaching Team, a young technology mentor at the Future Technology College, a mentor for the Artificial Intelligence Experimental Class at the College of Artificial Intelligence, a mentor for the Comprehensive Experimental Class at Qianhu College, and a mentor for innovation and entrepreneurship education. From March 2014 to May 2016, Dr. Zuci Quan conducted on-the-job postdoctoral research at Beijing Institute of Nanoenergy and Systems in the Chinese Academy of Sciences, under the supervision of an Academician Zhong-Lin Wang.
