In order to solve wind power accommodation problem in northwest, north, and northeast China, this paperpresents a two-stage dispatching model in day before and in intra-day. Compared with the traditional model of CHP,thismodel introduces a price demand response based on consumer psychology model which based on the representativehistorical data and gives full consideration to the user’s response rule about the change of electricity price which is morein line with the actual users, and it can provide the greatest degree to peak load shifting in order to provide spaces forwind power accommodation. In intra-day it introduces the incentive demand response to cooperate with dispatch. Theobjective function is the minimum total economic cost of the system and the dispatching model is a mixed integerprogramming problem which can be solved by particle swarm optimization. An example of a local power grid shows thatthe proposed model is effective, the total operating cost of the system has been significantly reduced, and the windabandoning condition has been improved.
