InformationXia Yonghong is a professor, doctoral supervisor, and a member of the Party Committee and Vice Dean of the School of Information Engineering at Nanchang University. He has been selected as a provincial-level talent of Jiangxi Province. His research interests include electric machines and their control, as well as new energy power generation technology. He has led more than 20 projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, provincial and departmental-level projects, and industry-sponsored projects. He has published over 40 academic papers as the first author, obtained 15 authorized invention patents as the first inventor, and received 8 science and technology awards, including two Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards. Currently, he serves as Vice Chairman of the Jiangxi Provincial Society for Electrical Engineering, Vice Chairman of the Jiangxi Electrotechnical Society, Vice Chairman of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Professional Committee of the Jiangxi Digital Economy Society, Member of the Magnetic Field Modulation Motor Professional Committee of the China Electrotechnical Society, and Executive Director of the China Wuhan (Eleven Southern Provinces) Electrotechnical Theory Society.
